Woody’s has moved! We are still the same friendly bunch of gym misfits, we’re just outside a little more now!
We have built a great outside training space and are in the process of renovating a barn into a gym.
So, if you are looking for a completly unique space to train contact us. We are training small groups and are still doing PT one-one work.
